Raphlan Medical Associates is conveniently located in the Shallowford Commons office complex near the post office. Established in 2005, our practice specializes in Internal Medicine Primary Care and is recognized as one of the leading internal medicine groups in Chattanooga, TN.
Our board-certified internist, Dr. Raphael D. Lanade, brings over 32 years of patient care experience and is highly respected among his peers. Alongside our dedicated and compassionate staff, we are committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare.

Do you offer on-site testing and diagnostics?
Yes. Our office is equipped with advanced medical technology including ultrasound, EKG, Holter monitor, and spirometry. We also have an in-house laboratory for blood draws and minor diagnostic tests, allowing for faster results and more efficient care.
We accept most insurance plans, including TennCare, and welcome walk-ins. We are currently accepting new patients and value referrals from both patients and healthcare providers. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or by clicking the button bellow.
